Bosch Series 6 SMD6YCX01G Fully Integrated Dishwasher with PerfectDry

Make everyday washing-up easier with the Bosch Series 6 SMD6YCX01G Fully Integrated Dishwasher. Combining PerfectDry technology, flexible loading and Home Connect, this 60cm dishwasher brings thoughtful features to busy kitchens. With space for 14 place settings and an A energy rating, it offers generous capacity alongside efficient performance.

Designed to sit behind a matching kitchen furniture door, the SMD6YCX01G keeps your appliance concealed for a coordinated finish. Its stainless-steel interior provides a practical washing compartment, while the exterior appearance follows your chosen cabinetry.

PerfectDry for Easier Unloading

A dishwasher should leave your dishes ready for the next meal. Bosch PerfectDry uses Zeolith technology to support effective drying, including items that can be more difficult to dry.

This makes it a useful feature for households washing a mixture of plates, glasses and dishwasher-safe plastic containers. Less moisture left behind means less finishing off with a tea towel when you come to empty the machine.

Loading still makes a difference. Position cups and containers so water can drain away, avoid overlapping items and choose settings appropriate for the contents to get the best results.

Flexible Space for 14 Place Settings

The 14-place-setting capacity provides room for everyday family meals and entertaining. From breakfast bowls and mugs to dinner plates and serving dishes, the interior gives you flexibility to organise different loads.

Max Flex baskets include foldable sections that help you adapt the layout around your washing-up. Whether you are loading mostly crockery or making space for suitable cookware, adjustable elements make the available room easier to use.

Careful loading helps water reach each item. Leave sufficient spacing and check that the spray arms can rotate freely before starting your programme.

VarioDrawer and Rackmatic Adjustment

The VarioDrawer provides a separate third level for cutlery, keeping smaller utensils organised above the main baskets. It is a convenient arrangement when loading throughout the day and helps keep cutlery together for unloading.

The upper basket also features three-stage Rackmatic height adjustment. Raise or lower it to change the available clearance between baskets and accommodate taller items where appropriate.

These flexible loading features are particularly useful when your washing-up changes from one meal to the next. A load of breakfast crockery rarely needs the same arrangement as dishes from a Sunday roast.

TimeLight Keeps Progress Visible

With a fully integrated dishwasher, the controls are hidden when the door is closed. Bosch TimeLight projects programme information onto the floor, allowing you to check progress without opening the appliance.

It is a practical detail when you are preparing food, clearing the kitchen or waiting to put clean dishes away. You can see how the cycle is progressing while preserving the uncluttered appearance of your fitted kitchen.

DoorOpen Assist adds further convenience, helping you open the dishwasher with a gentle push. It is especially useful for kitchens designed without handles.

A-Rated Energy Efficiency

The Bosch SMD6YCX01G achieves an A rating on the A–G energy scale. Published ECO programme figures are 54kWh per 100 cycles and 9.5 litres of water per cycle, giving you clear information when comparing appliances.

The ECO cycle takes approximately four hours and 55 minutes. This longer programme provides an option for routine loads when speed is less important than the rated efficiency.

Actual energy and water use depend on the selected programme, options and loading. Making good use of the capacity and choosing a suitable cycle helps you manage everyday washing-up efficiently.

Eight Programmes for Different Loads

Choose from Eco 50°C, Auto 45–65°C, Intelligent 40°C, Intensive 70°C, Express 60°C, Glass 40°C, Silence 50°C and Favourite.

This selection gives you options for everyday crockery, suitable glassware and more demanding cleaning. Intensive 70°C is available for tougher loads, while Glass 40°C offers a dedicated setting for dishwasher-safe glasses.

SpeedPerfect+ can shorten compatible programmes when you need a quicker turnaround. Half Load and Extra Dry provide additional flexibility, and Machine Care helps you maintain the appliance.

Always check the care guidance for your cookware and utensils before placing them in a dishwasher.

Connected Convenience with Home Connect

Home Connect allows you to link the dishwasher to your home Wi-Fi network and access supported monitoring and control features through the app. It provides another way to manage the appliance and check its status.

Connected functions require a compatible device, internet access and the relevant account setup. Available app features may vary.

For everyday use, the dishwasher has a rated noise level of 44dB, with 43dB specified for the Silence programme. This is worth considering when choosing an appliance for a kitchen close to your dining or living area.

Our Stock

What is Liquidated Stock?

Liquidated stock refers to merchandise from businesses that have closed down or gone bankrupt. These products are sold off to cover the debts of the company. We acquire these items, particularly from electronic companies, at significantly reduced prices. Additionally, we have partnerships with major UK distributors, allowing us to obtain excess or last year's stock from various companies.

Quality Checks for Each TV/Product:

We take the quality of our products seriously. Here's how we ensure the items meet high standards:

  1. Warranty Validation: We verify the validity of the warranty or provide our own retailer warranty. In some cases, due to the nature of liquidated stock, serial plates from manufacturers might be missing.

  2. Usage Validation: For TVs, we check the viewing hours to ensure the product has not been previously used. This helps us ensure you receive a product in excellent condition.

  3. Rejection Policy: Any product that doesn't meet our strict standards is rejected. These items are then sold to local traders. We only sell products that pass our rigorous checks to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Important: We understand how crucial it is for you to receive a flawless product. That's why our delivery process includes unpacking and turning on the TV for your inspection. Please carefully examine the item before signing for it, as any physical damage reported after signing cannot be claimed.

What is the Warranty?

All items you purchase from us come with a warranty provided by the manufacturer or smartappliancesuk. This warranty ensures that in the event of any technical issues, we will promptly address and resolve the problem for you. It's our way of providing you with complete peace of mind. However, it's important to note that this warranty does not cover physical damage or any attempts at repairs made by unauthorized individuals.

What Will My Item Include?

Your purchase is comprehensive and includes everything you need to get started:

  • Accessories: Your item will come with a remote and power cable.
  • TV Specifics: For TVs, you might receive both regular and SMART remotes if needed. Additionally, screws and a stand will be provided unless you request a wall bracket. If your TV requires a connect box, it will be included.
  • E-Manual: Most TVs now come with an electronic manual accessible through the TV menu. If a paper manual is not included, don't worry; we can send you a downloadable version via email.
  • Note: Some items might be in an open box condition, meaning the original packaging may not be pristine. Also, the original paperwork might not be included, but we ensure all necessary components are provided.

What is the Item Condition?

We take pride in delivering products in excellent condition:

  • Quality Assurance: Every item, especially TVs, undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets our high standards. We perform security marking to safeguard your purchase.
  • Occasional Imperfections: In very rare instances, a TV might have a minor scuff or mark on the back. However, please rest assured that this won't affect the performance, and it will be hardly noticeable. We never send out TVs with marks on the screen or front bezel.
  • Packaging: To ensure safe delivery, we might replace the original box with our own sturdy packaging. Our priority is to make sure your item arrives in perfect condition.

Warranty

Warranty Information

Buy Smart. Save Money.

Every television purchased from Smart Appliances UK includes a 12-Month Warranty as standard, giving you complete peace of mind from day one.

Our aim has always been simple:

Offer premium televisions at the best possible prices, rather than charging hundreds of pounds more for extended warranties that many customers may never need.

Why Don't We Include a 5-Year Warranty?

Many retailers advertise "FREE 5-Year Warranties", but the cost of these promotions is often reflected in the selling price of the television.

In many cases, customers end up paying significantly more overall, even if the extended warranty is never used.

At Smart Appliances UK, we'd rather pass those savings directly to you.

You receive:

  • ✔ A lower purchase price

  • ✔ A 12-month warranty included

  • ✔ The freedom to choose whether you want additional cover

We believe customers should decide how they spend their money, rather than paying for an extended warranty automatically built into the price.

Modern TVs Are More Reliable Than Ever

Today's televisions are built using highly advanced manufacturing processes and are designed to provide many years of reliable performance.

While no electronic product can be guaranteed never to develop a fault, genuine manufacturing defects are most likely to become apparent during the first year of ownership.

For many customers, the included 12-month warranty provides excellent peace of mind.

If You Want Longer Cover

If you'd prefer additional protection beyond your included warranty, you're free to choose the option that best suits your needs.

Many customers already have cover through:

  • Home insurance

  • Premium bank accounts

  • Appliance insurance

  • Independent extended warranty providers

This allows you to shop around and often find a policy that offers the level of cover you want at a competitive price.

Compare Before You Buy

Before purchasing any extended warranty, it's worth checking:

  • What's actually covered

  • Any excess charges

  • Whether accidental damage is included

  • Maximum claim values

  • Repair or replacement limits

  • Whether the policy offers value for your circumstances

Every customer's needs are different, and comparing policies can help ensure you only pay for the protection you actually want.

What's Included With Your Smart Appliances UK Warranty?

Your included 12-month warranty covers manufacturing or mechanical faults that occur during normal domestic use.

It does not cover:

  • Accidental or impact damage

  • Cracked or broken screens

  • Liquid damage

  • Cosmetic damage after delivery

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Damage caused by removing or tampering with security labels where fitted

Our Promise

We'd rather save our customers money than build the cost of an extended warranty into every television we sell.

Our focus is simple:

  • ✔ Competitive prices

  • ✔ Brand new televisions

  • ✔ 12-month warranty included

  • ✔ Specialist White Glove Delivery

  • ✔ Friendly after-sales support from a UK family business

If you ever need assistance, our team is always happy to help.

This is a normal security procedure and helps prevent unauthorised use of payment cards.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation should these checks ever be required.

Returns

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our Promise

At Smart Appliances UK, we want you to shop with confidence.

If you have any questions before or after your purchase, our friendly team is always happy to help. We aim to make every return or warranty claim as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Changed Your Mind?

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you have the right to notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be:

  • In as-new condition
  • Complete with all accessories
  • Returned with the original packaging
  • Free from damage or marks
  • Not installed or permanently used

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Return costs vary depending on the size of the product.

Television Returns

We understand that you may wish to inspect your television after delivery.

You are welcome to carefully unpack the television to check that it is suitable.

However, televisions must not be used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Modern televisions record their operating hours, allowing us to verify the amount of use.

Where a television has been used beyond inspection or is returned in a condition that reduces its value, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect that loss in value, as permitted under consumer legislation.

Accessories & Consumable Items

For hygiene and security reasons, some products cannot be returned once their factory seals or security packaging have been opened.

This includes items such as:

  • Headphones and earphones
  • Certain cables with security seals
  • Other sealed accessories where applicable

Please contact us if you're unsure whether an item can be returned before opening it.

Faulty Products

If your product develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing:

sales@smartappliancesuk.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Photographs or video where possible
  • A photograph of the product serial number

This helps us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

If a Fault Occurs Shortly After Delivery

If a genuine manufacturing fault develops shortly after delivery, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Replacement parts where appropriate

Every claim is assessed individually, and we may inspect or test the product before confirming the most appropriate solution.

During Your Warranty

Your television includes a 12-Month Smart Appliances UK Warranty (unless otherwise stated).

During this period, we'll assist with genuine manufacturing or mechanical faults that occur during normal domestic use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Screen impact or cracks
  • Liquid damage
  • Cosmetic damage after delivery
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Commercial or business use (unless specifically agreed)
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by removing security labels where fitted

Business Purchases

Products purchased for business or commercial use include a 1-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Deliveries

Every television is delivered using our specialist White Glove Delivery Service.

Our delivery team will:

  • Carefully unpack your television
  • Power it on
  • Allow you to inspect the screen and cabinet
  • Wait while you confirm you're happy with the condition

If you notice any physical damage, simply refuse the delivery and we'll arrange the next steps.

Because every television is inspected before acceptance, we cannot accept claims for physical damage once the delivery has been signed for and the driver has left.

This process protects both our customers and ourselves by ensuring any transport damage is identified immediately.

Repairs

Where a repair is required, turnaround times are typically between 7 and 28 days, although this may occasionally be longer if specialist parts need to be ordered.

We recommend keeping your original packaging during the warranty period, as it may be required if the product needs transporting safely.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may deduct any delivery and collection costs incurred.

These costs vary depending on the size of the item.

Delivery Information

While we always aim to deliver within our estimated timescales, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

We recommend waiting until your television has been delivered and accepted before arranging wall mounting or third-party installation appointments.

Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, pricing or product information may occasionally contain genuine errors.

If this happens before a contract has been formed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once a return has been received, inspected and approved, refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method.

Processing times vary depending on your payment provider but are typically completed within a few working days.

Chargebacks

If a payment dispute is raised with your card provider, we kindly ask that the product is not used while the dispute is being investigated.

This helps preserve the condition of the product until the matter has been resolved.

Need Help?

If you're unsure whether your item is covered, need advice before returning a product, or simply have a question, our customer support team will be happy to help.

Thank you for choosing Smart Appliances UK – The Small Family Business.
